Real wood and easy to install.
The trim piece was easy to stain or paint a color that would match your floors. It was much less expensive than the pre finished ones. Plus since it can be screwed down it will definitely stay in place.

Whats good with there wood ? Nothing!
Your wood sucks! At least have someone remove the broken,warped,cracked,stained wood from the area and replace with half way decent wood. I can guarantee if you had competition things would be different. Arrogance is no excuse!!!!
