Great Customer Service!
I had a problem with my original order for this metal sheet. I ordered it for delivery, as I live about 45 mins. away from the Blaine store, where the metal sheet was available. Other stores that were closer to my home did not have the sheet. The sheet arrived bent. The Blaine staff went over and above to help me and delivered a new sheet, for which I swapped out the old one. I so appreciate their stellar customer service as they helped me immensely and with such friendly demeanor as well.

Perhaps this is my fault. I thought I was buying black. Compared to the other pictures it looks black but does not say black in the description. I could spray it black I suppose. Also came slightly bent in one corner.

This review is for lowes not the product. One would think they would ship something like this in a box. Not lowes. Requires too much intelligence I suppose. This is one of the many reasons I shop lowes only as a last resort. Never again...

Creased in shipping
The product itself was quite nice, but shipping it sheathed in cardboard alone, subjected it to some nasty creases. Fortunately, I was able to get it to satisfactory condition by hammering it between a plastic laminate countertop and a wood block. Unfortunately, I was not able to find this pattern at any local suppliers.
