I always used a regular rectangular tray for crawfish season, but these trays were made for the meal!

Glued On Disaster
These platters would be terrific if they left the advertising marketing sticker off the food contact surface. I'm not sure what kind of glue holds those plastic and paper-backed stickers on, but it will not come off. I contacted Loco Customer Service about this issue. They sent me new platters with the same stupid stickers caked on with this same industrial glue that won't dissolve in hot water and soap. I ended up having to wrap the surface in aluminum foil so I could use them. Get yoursel...

Must you glue on the product label???!!!!
Only gave it 3 stars because I COULDN'T PEEL OFF THE LABEL without scratching what is already cheap plastic. Other than that, it works well for its intended uses.
