Turkey oil fryer
This fryer worked as it should. The 30 quart aluminum pot held my 18 pound turkey. Comes with everything you need but the propane tank. The accompanying thermometer was accurate. The only downfall is that the bar that threads through the turkey onto the bottom plate broke off. It is secured to the plate with a nut and the nut seized itself to the bar and snapped off when trying to disassemble.

Defective Turkey Fryer
The turkey fryer heat sensor would automatically turrn the fryer off at 200 degrees. My husband tried it multiple times and it kept doing the same thing. I am returning this item.

First time we used it, the dang thing kept shutting off and had to rig up a wire to hold the knob in so could fry tater tots. total Junk... save your money and buy a better one without all the controls and fancy crap. Will never buy again and will not recommend it to you.

Buy at your own risk
Setup with this cooker was fairly easy. Unfortunately, my cooker failed mid-fry... on Thanksgiving! I had to rig up some parts to get it running again in a hurry, before the oil got cold and the turkey got soggy. Fortunately, I got the fire going again in time and Thanksgiving was saved. LOCO customer service has been silent on this issue. TL;DR do not recommend because it failed upon first use AND customer service ignored by request for comment.

I'd buy a second one for large cooks.
I had to replace my old turkey fryer and the LoCo fryer worked great. The auto light feature made it easy to start and the 30 gallon pot was big enough with room for bigger birds.
