Arrived used and dirty
This was shipped from Surya in White, Ga. It arrived in good shape, but when we unpacked it, we saw it was dirty and we could see where furniture had been placed on it. We returned it and ordered a replacement . Amazing.

Poor packaging
Rug came folded in half then rolled up which left a crease down the middle. The pattern was not consistent throughout. I found a lot of inconsistencies. For $282 that I paid, I expected better. quality. Thinner than expected also.
Wrong measurements
I purchased the 3x10 size and it's only 2'7" x 7'. This item doesn't even list a rug with those measurements. I verified the item number and measurements on both the website and the label on the rug. Same item number, completely wrong sizing.

Lingering chemical odor
The rug looks like the photos and lays nicely however it comes with a strong chemical odor. I set it outside in the sun for a day and tried baking soda but it didn’t seem to work. I returned it after 6 days. Maybe it needed more time to off gas but I didn’t have a space in my home to do it.

Poor quality.
I liked the pattern but because of the way the rug was folded for delivery the creases are still there several weeks after purchasing it. It is poor quality.
