Enjoyable Build

I was surprised that supposedly, the entire shed showed up on a single pallet. But there was nothing missing, the cuts were all very accurate. And overall, this is a very enjoyable build. I have had many sheds from other companies, but for the price and the ability to build this myself, this is gotta be one of my favorites.

Great building. Great price and Quick shipment

Ordered the 12x24 gambrel shed online. Shipment was fast and no issues. Packaged well with minimal scuffing on the panels. I only ordered the building with no flooring. Build flooring out of 2x6 exactly 12'x24' and the building fit well on it. 98% of the wood was marked. And all but one pc of lumber was straight and in good shape. One was a little rough but after I finished there was an extra pc I could have swapped it with if id have realized. I had a slight issue with the rear panels not...

8x8 lofted shed

The shed is definitely a good value. The instructions were pretty basic and not too complicated. I got it put together with about 24 hours total. The lumber quality was better than expected as well as the hardware. If you have basic carpentry knowledge I would highly recommend this item.

Estes delivery

Little Cottage Co. uses Estes to deliver the shed. The delivery experience is awful and dangerous. They have one person delivering the shed and the driver asks for help because the shed is very heavy and awkward to maneuver using a manual pallet jack. Estes undercuts the delivery by under staffing.

Simple and functional

The family and I were able to put this up in a weekend, we even had the kids pitching in! We had a few snags in putting the outer walls on, just didn’t pay attention initially to how the pieces were supposed to go together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I appreciated that there was plenty of extra hardware. Very happy with this purchase overall

Value Gambrel Barn

This shed was nicely marked with correct pre-cut pieces. It was very difficult for two 59 year old people to build. I would advise having it built by a professional.

Quality Kit, A Few Missing Pieces

This kit came with pre-cut pieces and good instructions that were easy to follow with basic construction knowledge. I didn't have any pieces that didn't fit well. The quality of the lumber was better than I expected - pretty straight and true, not overly knotty or split. I was missing a couple of my siding panels and they offered to correct it by reimbursing me to get them or send me the correct pre-cut pieces, which is what I opted to do as I dont have means to transport panels. Perfect for my area as max shed size without a permit in Phoenix is 200sf. Like the higher side wall height as compared to some other offerings. Customizing with windows. Looking forward to getting much needed garage space back.
