High Quality
For the price point, it would be great if installation was included or an option. to add on, because there are a lot of parts, in addition to purchasing the shingles and paint. However, the wood is good quality.

My daughter loved this house as well as her friends best purchase I’ve ever made and I know this will last a lifetime the wood is high quality and craftsmanship is stupendous and so easy to build. Like legos but for adults haha.

We decided to gift this to our 2 year old daughter. I know what you're thinking she's only 2 and it's expensive. But I've seen people take their 2 year olds to Disney and waste more money than this playhouse was. And let me tell you this playhouse will last forever. Great build quality
Easy to assemble, did it by myself. The quality of the build is great, it ended up very sturdy. Nice straight lumber. Of course your base has to be square and level as with any build. I bought the floor kit as well, which uses pressure treated lumber, and put that on top of my own 4x4 pressure treated frame. The kids had fun helping since the pieces go together fast.

This is actually a really nice little cottage. Surpassed my expectations. More often then not when you purchase things like this that you have to put together the cuts are of and not square or bad material that won't hold a nail. This was easy to put together, it was all nice and square overall really nice!
