Check the model number before unpacking!

I ordered the model with the adjustable chute model U20SS01-0A220 and received one without the chute model U20SS03-0A220. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I opened it and assembled it to take it out and use in the snow we got yesterday morning. The shovel worked good but would be so much better being able to direct which way the snow goes. If I would have received what was advertised on Lowe’s website I would’ve given 5 stars.

Did not ship out as described. It was 6 days late and could not use when we had snow.

Bait and Switch

Advertised as two 4ah batteries and you get two 2.5ah batteries. All they would do is give me a $25 gift card (less than half the price of one 4ah battery) or have me return it. Wont be buying from Lowes again

Wrong batteries

Product says it comes with 4 amp hr batteries but they are 2.5 amp hr.

A little on the heavy side and not made for short

I love the power I just wish it wouldn't blow straight up you can change directions side to side but it's still shoots so high up.

Absolute garbage

The thing is so underpowered that it can’t break up the snow, it just pushes it. Additionally the battery died after only doing 75% of my average size driveway. I bought this model because it came with two batteries so I thought I’d have plenty of battery life, but what they don’t tell you until you have it is that it requires both batteries to run.

Not as Advertised

Product was advertised as having the 4Ah batteries, and only came with the smaller 2.5 Ah batteries. I could have bought this product with the 2.5 Ah batteries for ALOT less money elsewhere.

Haven’t needed it yet

Easy to assemble, lightweight and easy to use but we’ve had no new snow since my purchase so I’ll just have to assume that it works.
