Missing parts

I purchased this early in a full bathroom renovation. My renovation is finally at a stage where I am going to mount this except it was missing the mounting brackets. I sent messages to Lexora about the missing parts and they wanted to charge me $100+ to replace them. I ended up fabricating my own brackets and will never buy another Lexora product again since they won't stand by their product.

Difficult Install

The provided brackets are only 10 inches, so you can't go into 2 studs. It says to use plastic wall fasteners, but it's way too heavy to trust those. Plus there are random screws in the rails on the mirror that you have to avoid when hanging your brackets. Needless to say the directions are awful. Finally got it up though and it looks pretty good.

Updated n beautiful

I love love love this mirrored medicine cabinet. It looks so sleek n modern. Very easy instructions on how to use. Makes the bathroom look very updated. The only thing I didn’t like was that the shelves that were suppose to b included were not in the box. I contacted the company twice but had no response. That is extremely disappointing

Buyer Beware

This mirror is nice looking but it is very heavy. The install directions are not user friendly and the middle portion of the mirror (for me) is unusable because it did not come with the side panel that allows me to hang the shelves. We didn't realize it until after we went through the process of hanging because of the packaging to keep it safe. I've contacted Lowes and the company and I've been promised a credit for the item, which I have NOT received and I've been fighting them for a month n...

Looks awesome

I had a professional install it and it. The overall installation took less than 30 minutes. Seamless and elegant.

Needs more shelves

Needs 3 more shelves. Lighting is very dim. nice big unit but needs more shelves

Not happy with purchase

Within three weeks of this being installed; the clock and date doesn't show the correct information. They worked fine prior up to this week; but now, they just stopped working. All of the other functions on the Medicine Cabinet work fine.

WORST vanity mirror-

1) you can't shut off the blue box so it appears on the face of a short person 2). can't change from Celsius to Fahrenheit 3) can't take of military time, only 24 hour hour clock 4) makes a BEEP every time you turn on light, so you wake people sleeping in next room. again can't turn off. I called the customer service and was "Sorry Ma'am"'ed to a point that I wanted to scream.
