The delivery service did not bring the mirror and the faucet for this order (delivered November 8, 2024). We just realized it today when the vanity was being installed (November 15, 2024). We already bought a new faucet and would like to be reimbursed for that amount. We would like Lowes to send us the missing mirror. The vanity was chipped in certain places but luckily the counter covered them.

Marble top stains with water.

I am really regretting buying this vanity. Less than 1 year and the counter top has been stained with just water spots everywhere. In addition to that the drawers have lost their alignment and dont shut fully. I spoke to Lexora customer service and they simply did not agree to the issues above where clearly multiple people have been reporting these in different sites this product is sold. I wont recommend this.

Looks great but it is a bad product

The vanity looks great. But the sink is extremely small so you struggle with water on the top. Totally collapsed after 18 months even though it was installed correctly by a professional.

Lowe's customer service is awful

Sorry, this isn't specific to this product. I'd like to be able to review this product as I ordered it on 10 March with an expected delivery of 18 March. On 12 March I received a call saying they were at my house trying to deliver, when I called back there was no answer and when I got home there was no vanity. Good enough for a King

Heavy Did I say Heavy? You'll need help even if one decides to unbox and bring it in that way. Two is doable but you will want a third person to help. No mirrors, they got me, I overlooked. They have several ads some w/ and some w/o so be aware of the marketing ploy on price difference. Lots of drawers and just a tremendous amount of storage under the sink. I've never seen a nicer looking vanity.

BUYER BEWARE MIRROR AVAILABILITY ISSUE

Purchased two of these vanities for bathroom remodel. Vanities shipped but not the mirrors. Lowes said the manufacturer didn't know when the mirrors would be available so we had to take mirrors from another Lexora model. When they came we didn't find them an equal to what we had ordered. The vanities and mirrors are considered a "package" so Lowes will not provide a credit or store credit if you try to return the mirrors, instead they will tell you to return the vanities. Fake reviews

Note, most reviews were bought. I did buy based off reviews despite. Arrived damaged. Manufacturer, lexora, not once returned calls or even answered phones. Returned to Lowe’s, ordered new one. Delivery date kept getting delayed. Come to find out it was on back order with no delivery date. Do not order.
