Love it but…

I was so excited to find the sink that will fit on our small master bathroom. I love the soft closing, doors and drawers. The exterior does not feel like wood. It feels more like a laminate. Which ended up being a problem. As you can see the one drawer how a chip on it. I tried to find out if Lowe’s could replace the drawer, but they said to contact the seller. missing faucet and mirror

The delivery service did not bring the mirror and the faucet for this order (delivered November 8, 2024). We just realized it today when the vanity was being installed (November 15, 2024). We already bought a new faucet and would like to be reimbursed for that amount. We would like Lowes to send us the missing mirror. The vanity was chipped in certain places but luckily the counter covered them.

The vanity looks great. But the sink is extremely small so you struggle with water on the top. Totally collapsed after 18 months even though it was installed correctly by a professional.

Purchased two of these vanities for bathroom remodel. Vanities shipped but not the mirrors. Lowes said the manufacturer didn't know when the mirrors would be available so we had to take mirrors from another Lexora model. When they came we didn't find them an equal to what we had ordered. The vanities and mirrors are considered a "package" so Lowes will not provide a credit or store credit if you try to return the mirrors, instead they will tell you to return the vanities.
