Cheap mechanism
Flimsy and difficult to set latch mechanism and the spring is overpowered. One gave out spontaneously, violently rolled itself up and is now broken. I followed the instructions to correctly tension it when installing.

No way for the consumer to reduce the width.
No instructions enclosed with product to indicate how to change the width (make the width smaller)of the shade.

Window shades
Unknowingly I submitted incorrect measurements for cutting shade roll. Went back for recutting, but couldn't be done because machine is broken. Store has no idea when Levalor will fix it.
