Make sure the model you get is true HEPA
I ordered this because it was a true HEPA purifier but when I picked it up in store it was an older version that unfortunately did not have the HEPA filter. The SKU was the same but the product was older and discontinued. This happened with two separate orders - it's important to have the HEPA filter where I live so I was disappointed that this happened.
