Upside down

Arrived upside down. Boxes are clearly labeled to say which side should be facing up, so it is definitely a FedEx problem. When I flipped the box to be the right side up, water and soil were coming out of the box. The entire crown of the plants were broken and all the beautiful lavender stems were dead as a result of being upside downs so disappointed and will be returning them.

Inconsistent sizing, and poor packaging

I ordered 4. I found them to be overpriced for what you receive. Every single shrub is a different size, with only 1 arriving in line with my expectations. The shipping was poor. They were soaking and the moisture compromised the shipping boxes, with the base falling apart on 2 of the boxes. 2 were delivered upside down and the flowering stems were broken I will be returning these.

I’ll admit I was a bit nervous to order after reading a few of the reviews, but I decided to chance it. Oh, I’m so glad I did! The plant was shipped almost immediately, arrived in gorgeous, healthy condition! It’s a big, substantial plant too! The pictures don’t do it justice. The smell is divine, and full of blooms getting ready to open. I just ordered 2 more.. one more for me and one for the neighbor. ☺️

Quick delivery and well packed

I’m very pleased with the two live lavender plants I received. They were shipped across the country overnight, so they arrived still fresh and alive. They came with some flowers, which is a big plus. It’s pricey but worth it.

They arrived stressed twice!

I ordered 6. 3 came on time and were just a little stressed but the other 3 although shipped together came 3 days late, almost dead. I tried to salvage them but then just decided to return them and order new ones. Again, 3 came earl and in good shape while the next 3 came extremely stressed. 2 of the later 3 had one side completely dead and I might be returning them.

Received dead plants

I ordered 3 of these. I received one on one day and two the next. The first plant was alive and well, the second two were positively dead on arrival. Ridiculous.

It Died

It took me a couple of days before I could plant it, and it died. I thought lavender was a hardy plant?
