Laurel Mountain Sweet Bay 4 -Piece 30-in W x 60-in L x 77-in H Rectangle Alcove shower kit (Left Drain) Base, Wall, Door Drain and Chrome Hardware Included

Great shower for easy entry & for future thinking

Overall, the installation was very easy and straight forward - our first issue was that there was no manual included in any of the boxes and had to request from the mfg for one. There is a green coating on the floor pan that comes off - we thought the wrong one was shipped until we picked at it. lol. The floor pan has a padded mat which allows for comfort while showering. It would have been great for pre-drill holes in the fiberglass for securing to the studs but not knowing where’s they’d fall...

Durable and beautiful

Laurel Mountain Sweet Bay 4 piece Alcove shower kit has transformed my bathroom and the showering experience! This kit comes install ready and with clear instructions. This was not an overnight install but rather a 2 1/2 day total from start to finish. My home is older and required some adjustments to make it fit, but overall not a lot of modifications were needed. The kit is made of durable material that looks high quality. It has three grab bars and a soft padded floor pan. This would be g...

Great shower

The shower installs fairly simple. This replaced the shower I already had, so it worked out that I didn't have to move any water or drain lines. I added the grab bars for convenience

High quality and good looks

I recently got this walk in shower to update an existing bathroom tub and shower. This came pretty well packed in multiple boxes. Only negative I had is one piece that is hidden but secures the side and top was broken off, it will still work just fine once secured in place. The built in shelf is nice so that there is a place to put your hair products and soap. The shelf area also has a smaller subway tile design to break up the look. The walls all fit inside the shower pan so if there is water i...

A Quick Solution to Refresh Your Shower!

Overall I really like the convenience of everything in one order. Everything showed up together on one pallet. The materials feel of a good quality. The doors, base and wall panels are each packaged separately. The base is a enamel coated steel pan with a non slip mat adhered to the pan. The finish on the pan is smooth and even. Fresh out of the box it comes with a nice protective layer that allows you to install the pan and continue to work on the walls without damaging the pan. I had an air ...

Cool

Very functional and easy to install . Fits well in the space and transformed my bathroom . Very impressed by this new shower kit it fits my needs . The aqua color of the outside really gives it some color

Broken and mismatched shower kit

Please do not waste your money on this kit. The first time we purchased it, the bottom base came in the wrong color. Unfortunately they were not able to just replace the base, we had to return the whole set. The 2nd time we ordered it for a replacement, it took 3 weeks after that to come in. Once it came in, the base color was wrong again, the base size was also wrong, came as a 32in not 30in and all of the walls were snapped in half. Not sure if the broke pieces were from cheap material or fr...

Very Pleased

Purchased for a remodel. The shower is very solid and well built and the doors/frame are as well. The other ones I looked at were flimsy and this one is by far the best for the price. I ended up buying a second one for our primary bath.

Missing parts

Our contractor picked up shower kit from Lowes. Missing drain, unable to install. Contacted Lowes and the manufacturer three weeks ago. Part still not received. No advice offered from store what we could substitute. Finally, the plumber went ahead and installed using his own initiative. Shower is nice but service sucks. Beware of any sign of damage or pre-opened box. Parts list is not important to Lowes apparently. Neither is customer service.
