Do not ever buy!!
This product is very purely made. First shower kit received, all three pieces were of different model numbers. Had to buy a second shower kit to speed this up, before first kit was picked up and credit given. Second kit base was installed, but both wall pieces are 1/4 longer than base. I had to cut the hole for the shower handle on the wet wall before installing. Now Lowe’s says I have altered the product. YOU HAVE TO DO THAT TO INSTALL IT! Do not buy from this brand!!!!!!

Cannot Recommend
The initial product had a chip in the corner of the wall where it meets the other sidewall and base. Contractor ordered a replacement sidewall. Took over 3 weeks, and it arrived damaged. Ordered another replacement. Took another 3 weeks. The replacement sidewall was slightly thinner than the rest of the unit. It would not line up flush with the other sidewall and base. After 3 months of dealing with this, our contractor ordered a different product. I cannot recommend this product. The quality co...

handicap shower
haven't installed yet as two side panels had to be repaired but Lowes was very cooperative in having this done. also the kit that was to be included was not (handicap shower - so grab bars, etc) so had to follow up on that with manufacturer. seems like a decent product - time will tell

Excellent quality and layout
The full size seat makes me feel more secure than showers with tiny seats and let's me be more Independence. The shower comes in three sections which makes it easier to get in the bathroom and installation went smoothly. I am impressed with the quality and plan on purchasing another Laurel Mountain shower when I redo another bathroom in the house.

Got a GOOD plumber who reads blue prints with 2 assistants? Might be the shower for you. 1 plumber, no assistant. NO! DIY, NO!!! Hire the good plumber with 2 assistants who reads blueprints!!! Instructions are confusing unless you do read blueprints.(I can). 1 pin on bottom edge for aligning right lower corner over initially installed left corner & bottom is entirely insufficient.
