Bad workmanship and Tech support
There was several things that went wrong with this project. I'll try to cover them as best I can recall. Photos included. 1) When the unit arrived there were pieces of blue foam, some attached and some falling off the bottom of the shower pan, Tech support (JIM) told me that was for leveling the pan and if they weren't needed just throw them away. Checking the pan showed that it wasn't near level so I had to shim under it when I installed it. 2) Checking the value wall showed it wasn't...

Fast shower install
We replaced my 86 year old Mother's bathtub with this shower. She loves it! It took about 2 weekends including the tear out of the old bath/shower. Quality material in the kit and it's relatively straight forward to install. Getting the walls and floor prepped are critical steps. Highly recommend if you want a "no step" shower and easy access. Eliminates the tile work. I am not a plumber. I do some home improvement projects.
