Nice …But…
The tub is quite nice and the company answers the phone when you call them. However the tub is much smaller than it appears to be. Comfortable, but not what I really wanted. BIGGEST PROBLEM … the design is dependent upon the neck pillows which are designed poorly. The pillows fill up with water while you are bathing and fall out of place making it difficult to relax. (Especially since your feet and shoulder cannot be submerged at the same time.) Drying out the pillows requires unzipping them...

Big tube amazing product
We really couldn't be happier setup was a breeze. delivery was timely and we have been enjoying our tub for awhile now. Love the two pillows that come with it and the jets are positioned well with enough kick power adjustments for both me and the wife. Being over 6 ft tall a big tub was a must and this one is more than we could have hoped for without breaking the bank.
