The Almedia shower kit is an innovative, multi-piece 60" x 30" model with a custom shower door. The shower stall is easy to install from front or back, with a safety texture floor, and is fully reinforced for grab bar installation. The low, 4" threshold allows for easy access to this attractive and functional safety shower. This shower features an integral "comfort height" seat, two accessory shelves, and a linear, integral ledge with a convenient towel bar. The Almedia has an easy to clean, smooth, high gloss finish. Also included with the shower kit are a shower door, 3 grab bars, and a drain cover, offered in 3 finishes, as well as a solid brass drain.

Shower was good quality, door are a little funky but okay. My issue was with Customer Service at Lowe's and thank goodness it was a little issue and not something major. The towel rack provide was not the correct color (black not brushed nickel). Lowe's should have handled it. There advise was to return the whole item or to call the manufacturer . Laurel Mountain was spot on and the phone call was less than 3 minutes. I was on a chat with Lowes for over 45 minutes.

Bad door design

Would Not Recommend

There is only one handle on the inside of the doors and only the towel rail on the outside. The single handle is on the other door. Thus, you have shut the towel bar door with your hand on the inside of the glass. You can then get out using the knob on the other door, but this is the poorest design I've ever seen.

Managers have no ability to deal with issues and are paid to have customer figure out their own problem. This item has consumed more the 3 hours of my life just in getting the order straightened out. all issue related to Aiken Store Customer Service.. Close store and start over
