Great customer service
The first shower unit that we picked up was damaged but it couldn't be seen because of the frame around it. I went back to the store the next day with pictures and Emily, at customer service was very helpful and immediately said that this isn't acceptable and put in a return and ordered a new one. We had this one delivered to our home and the 2 delivery people were very friendly and checked the new one thoroughly and picked up the damaged one.

Looks nice but the shelves should not be in the shower enclosure because if a shampoo bottle falls off the shelf it will crack the shower enclosure not pleasant expensive to roof to fix and I'm wishing I would have just river rock on the bottom and maybe Corian on the sides or something Actually Corian's durable
