Failure

As a remodeling contractor caulk is not something I typically skimp out on. This type of caulk has been around for many years and I never had a problem until I used this product. It was installed in a new bathroom where the tile walls meet the tub and fell apart in 5-6 weeks time. My bead was nice and small so 24 hours I thought was ample drying time. Waste of money.

Just caulked a shower with this silicone. The bottle was filled with bubbles and was very hard to push out of the tube. Because of this when I set the caulk gun down it just kept flowing out. Probably lost 1/4 of the bottle to this. The caulk dries extremely quickly. After 1-2 minutes it was brittle and would not smear well into the gaps. I don't think it is going to hold up more than a few weeks. Guess you get what you pay for. Will be going back to DAP.

Easy to use, smooth application, easy cleanup

I used this product around vinyl windows to the surrounding drywall. Went on nice and smooth. Cleanup was very easy. The last tube I used did have a couple air bubbles in it and suddenly a big glob of the stuff would suddenly emerge from the end of the tube. But cleanup was easy. Easy to spread and work with your finger. The other tubes I had did not have the air burbing problem.

Worst Caulk Ever

After I caulked the tub it looked great. I gave it an extra day to dry just to be safe. When I took a warm shower the caulk started to split and come away from the wall. After it cooled off the caulk again looked fine but it clearly wasn't doing the job at all. I since re-caulked it with a DAB caulk and it looks and works great. I will never buy this caulk again.

Shower job

I applied this product to a clean dry surface. Went on well & smoothly, let dry for 24+ hrs. Within a week the caulk was splitting across the shower. Will need to redo with a quality product.

This product was recommended by a Lowes' staff person for use with a kitchen sink installation. The product is easier to clean around the edge of the sink after mounting it onto the counter than regular caulk and/or silicone.

best kitchen and bath caulk available

This stuff is great and way better than other bath and tub caulk. I just wish they would offer it in a high gloss blend.

This product was runny compared to DAP. It was also more expensive. Would not buy again.
