Like chair, now assembled. Video did not represent condition of hardware as received.
Had to drill pilot holes larger to start fasteners. Had to drill new holes in arm rests as existing holes did not align.

Nice Chair - Strong & sturdy
Wife loves the Adirondack, and this one does not disappoint. We bought two! Assembly is a little challenging unless you have a good (and proper sized) Allen wrench bit. The final two steps are the hardest. The pre-drilled holes for the screws are not aligned. Alignment requires an extra set of hands to pull the armrests very hard to get the holes in place. Need to alternate between the final and next to final steps.

The chairs are so comfortable. And we left them out side in our cold UP winter. They are still in perfect condition! I would recommend this product to everyone! And have! ☺️

Nice Product
We have purchased 3 different type of Adirondack chairs. One weathered too bad within the first year. One is very nice, but very expensive and they discontinued our color. Lifetime has weathered extremely well and we were able to buy more to match! Great look, very comfortable, and easy to assemble if you have the right tools and if you are a bit adept at building. I recommend this product.

Ordered 4 chairs. Arrived with a bsmall break in one chair. Reported it to Customer Service and, within 2 hrs, they arranged to send a whole new chair!! Awesome company!!

Great customer service
I own eight of these Adirondack chairs. The oldest chair is approximately eight years old. The chairs are a great quality and the customer service is even better. One of the slats broke in an ice storm, I wrote the company asking for a replacement slat. I had an immediate response and rather than send a send a single slat they sent me a brand new chair. The chair was out of the warranty period, and they certainly stepped up and went above and beyond. I will certainly buy again
