Even before the first year of having this so-called “lifetime” product we had issues. One slat literally split and fell off. And three of the bolts just sheared off. I called the company and they sent a replacement slat and three screws. Now we are dealing with two slats that have lifted up and my husband purchased new screws which will not hold. Tried gluing the slats to no avail. So now we have a useless, and pretty pricey, seat on our deck that we can’t use. Very disappointed in this product ...

Slats warp and screws pop out
We have two of the glider benches. The slats are attached with screws that over time pop out of the composite slat. These slats should have been drilled all the way through and attached with Stainless Steel bolts/nuts. I ended up doing this on my own to solve the problem. I wrote support and informed them f my repair, perhaps they will implicate it with the cost of pennies on the dollar.

great product
I purchased a glider bench seat in 2014 - it still looks like new - but one of the slats came loose as a couple of screws were missing as a couple of the screw holes over the years got a bit loose, the sales rep replaced the slat and replacement screws at no charge to me! Needless to say I was truly impressed. I enjoy all our lifetime products.
