[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this chair a week ago and assembled it today. The assembly was hard at the end because holes on the right arm pieces were drilled out of alignment so I could not attach the arm without drilling some new holes. When assembled, it's very comfortable.

Excellent Customer Service
After experience a crack in the leg of my chair, customer service was quick to respond and have me shipped out a new chair as a replacement. VERY difficult to assemble.
Having previously bought Adirondack chairs from Lifetime a couple years back, and having a great experience with the product, I expected the same level of quality with these chairs. However, assembling these chairs was a real pain. The holes didn't line up which made putting this together VERY difficult. Also, the seat was cracked underneath. (I will say their support team sent me a new seat part, but I'm so reluctant to take it apart to put the new seat on because it was so difficult to assembl...

The material you are using for your screws is to soft. Assembly was much harder than it needed to be as a result. Other than the screws the product seems like fair quality for the price.
