Good for a while...just hope you never need parts
Absolutely ridiculous that in order to replace one slat in the seat, you have to buy the entire seat assembly. Will never buy another product from here.

Disappointed
We bought 4 Adirondack chairs and two side tables for our creek side deck at our cabin. We have had them for 3 summers now and the chair seat slats are all breaking. The side table screws are falling out (were not over tightened during assembly). They are all covered in winter, but exposed to sun at 8000’ elevation from June-mid October. We chose the Lifetime brand in hopes that they would last much longer. Very disappointed.

They were fairly easy to assemble - certainly the second one went together faster than the first but both were pretty easy and the assembly video was really helpful as well. Glad I bought them

Great Look around my fire pit. Excellent customer service.
I bought 6 chairs last year. One chair had a very minor crack in it but was still useable. When chair was back in stock customer service sent me replacement parts. No follow-up was required on my part.

Looks good, sometimes arrives damaged
Looks great, not too difficult to assemble, but either the quality is a little subpar or the packing crew or shipping vendor isn’t good. 2 of our chairs arrived damaged. Customer service was excellent though and replaced the parts we needed pretty quickly. Our friend has wood Adirondack chairs, and when he saw ours he said he wished he bought ours because you don’t have to restrain them.
