LG-FFE is an error month 13
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thriteen months after purchasing this refrigerator I had to replace both freezer fans due to fan failure. When the fan failed, two to three times a day I would have to unplug the refrigerator electric cord and plug it back in to clear the code before I could dispense water and ice in the door. After replacing fans the problem was solved.

Problems - GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY
We bought this fridge in April 2022. Within the first year we had to have the upper ice maker worked on. At 2 years in the freezer started having days where it would get up to 10 or 15 degrees. The service people have looked at it several times. Right now neither ice maker works and the freezer is between 15 and 20 degrees at all times. The service tech turned in the warranty claim this week so hopefully we will be able to get a new fridge.

Love This Fridge So Far
The fridge gets 5 stars. It's huge, and it's held up well against heavy use and two young children, with only a few scratches from magnets. The Lowe's Protection Plan gets -3 stars. You have to request reimbursement for the filters that are supposed to be covered by the warranty, but they really, really don't want you to be able to do that. I've had to fight through their chatbot and then try to convince an agent to process it every time.

Not confident
We like to refrigerator the features and the convenient door. It also has good space good style now the bad it is only a year and a half and we’ve had to replace the condenser the compressor at the evaporator coils and have six servicemen come out to service the unit. This is disappointment. I hope it last longer than another year and a half before we call them out again.
