I bought the entire kitchen suite in the end of June 2020. For the last few weeks, we have noticed that the oven takes forever to preheat. Now it wont heat at all. Of course we are just out of our 3 year warranty and just so happens LG discontinued this piece of crap shortly after we bought it. I can't even find parts for it to try and fix myself. Terrible Appliance
I bought 4 LG appliances 4+ years ago. Three of four have broke down. Including this oven. Oven has been broken for 4 weeks now, and still is not repaired. Yes, I filed a claim the day it broke. I will never purchase another LG appliance again. And I am telling others to run from LG.

This is literally the worst appliance I've ever owned. Within a month of owning it, the edge of the stovetop got burned by a pan sitting against the edge. Let me say that again...a hot pan damaged a stovetop. After owning it for about two years, the top broiler element went out, so now it takes about twice as long to preheat and I can't broil anything. Excellent Range and Service
I wanted a convection oven and this one was recommended by the salesman. Its easy to use and (most importantly) easy to clean. When I needed service LG was surprisingly easy and very involved with the repair service provided by an outside company. LG stayed right on top of the repair the until it was fixed!

Not Happy
Oven burns everything, programmed temperature offset to no avail, back of oven hotter than front, losses heat through top of front door , digital set point controls are hard to push in especially if your fingers are wet. Smooth surface burners are hard to control. Convection fan is weak.

Our top broiler/heating element went out a few months ago. Went to have it replaced only to discover the wiring in the back of the oven was faulty and had burned completely through the protective coating. Furthermore, the clamps that the top broiler plugged into or melted on to the broiler. we had this for less than three years and had to replace it as it was not fixable, nor was the issue covered under warranty

I've had this product for about 5 years now. I had to replace the fan motor after 3 years and now my oven preheats very slowly. Obviously everything will need repairs with time but I expected to not have to worry about repairs with lg for a bit longer than 3-5 years.
