Great machine with poor design
No soap or fabric softener dispenser. Difficult to find start/stop button to add fabric softener because it does not light up. Drawer locks while machine is running so I pretty much need to kneel and shine light to stop machine, pull out drawer, and add fabric softener. You cannot use larger machine to control SideKick panel.

Great Addition to Signature Set. Versatile.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is a really nice addition to the set. I get to wash 2 loads at once. It does a great job washing. I love the extra Rinse settings. I can get my clothes nice and super clean by rinsing out the old detergent very well. I'm not sure how much water this uses or if it's as energy efficient as the washer in the set but I still like to use it. It is a little harder to use because it is on the ground and it doesn't have any hot water options ...

Terrible Feature/ Terrible Design!!
Signature is supposed to be the top of the LG line, or so I thought but doesn't apparently apply to the sidekick that came with the washing machine. Case in point: Instead of providing reservoirs for detergent and fabric softener you have a small rubber cup you must fill with detergent to be placed inside the tub for the washing. When the signal goes off to add the fabric softener you have to pause the wash cycle; pull out the tub; add the softener; close the tub and re-engage the cycle. The ...
