Purchased in 2019 and for the past year the top oven has been working intermittently because of a door error. Technician came out said that it was a switch issue at first, replaced it, but still got the door error. Then he said it was a control board issue. We read all the reviews. Some were good some were bad. But we love our stove. But here is the thing, you must a just the cooking flames on the stove top and the ovens. They are all off. In the oven, as much as 40 degrees. The instruction book tells you how to do this. But if you don't have the special (screw driver) or thermometer, to help you, you will have to purchase them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this dual fuel range! The stove heats up quickly and the double oven, I can bake items even more quickly with the 2 independent stoves. One thing we have found though, the ovens do not get as hot as previous ovens. There is a way to adjust the temperature, but we haven’t done that yet. I do like the convection, it heats evenly and quickly. Overall, this is a solid appliance and would highly recommend!
