expensive and not reliable

Had some decent use but always issues with getting clogged. Also need repairs multiple times and now is not repai.rable because of some balance issue. Machine purchased in 2020 and lasted maybe 5 years

I’m sorry to say that I can’t give a review since I haven’t been able to run the machine. The door latch won’t close and the soap door latch latch doesn’t work either. I went Loews where I bought it and said they would see what they can can do. But no word as of today.

Water hammer so bad cops involved

Takes forever and its too confusing to do simple things like a dry only cycle at a specific temp (actually not even sure its possible). More importantly, the water hammer in my townhouse is so horrible it led to cops saying neighbors are complaining about “sounds of explosions”. This is WITH an arrestor and flow valve turned down to 25%, and an expansion tank on our water tank. Constant time wasted troubleshooting and draining

For this washer I always boasted about it being ahead of the curve, especially in the US, with an All-In-One design. LG Should Embarrassed by This Product

LG Signature's combo washer/dryer is a huge disappointment. After less than two years, it's now headed for a landfill. I've spent hundreds of dollars in repairs (to the door, to the panel, to the drum), and I am finally giving up and buying something else. (Not to mention that draining the machine is a nightmare.) Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did—do not buy this machine. LG should be ashamed to sell this product.

Fits a perfect niche.

Looks and works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this combo washer/ dryer for our RV, which we live in full time. It works very well and we’re happy with it. It obviously takes a bit longer to dry but that’s to be expected from a combo. We would definitely buy again!

Pointless

This machine was absolutely false advertising! 4 hours into a cycle and my clothes were steamy but sopping wet! Thank goodness the store took this back because it was pointless

This messages is for LG- this machine have a HUGE draining problem. It won't drain I troubleshoot and the nothing. I am so frustrated it's i have no words.
