Hard-to-Clean top and annoying controls
This is a beautiful stove. I loved the knobs--it made selecting the cooking mode so simple. The oven is huge and a beautiful color. It feels well made. The wifi was great! I ended up returning it because after one day of use, rings were beginning to appear on the burners that wouldn't come off with cleaning with the recommended cleaner. As the directions said, I wiped down the top with cleaner designed for ceramic cooktops, but it still started showing marks I couldn't get off. Also, the surfac...

The instructions should have been clearer.
I was quite concerned that there were only 2 racks; for an oven/appliance that cost this much, there should have been a 3rd rack. When I checked, the service rep said another rack would be $150.00.

Do not be tempted by the instaview nor the air fryer. Junk from day one! Fire hazard! Company literally only offered customers a sticker to place on the oven with a warning. Knobs easily turn on instantly, without your knowledge, putting your family at risk for fire and or death! Already had technicians out replacing wiring harness, because stovetop would not turn off.
