Great gas range with all the features you want

We are loving our new LG LSGL6337X range. It has a lot of features. The lighted flex control knobs are good for confirming your burner is off. I like the InstaView oven window, just like our LG fridge. The gas burners are powerful. I will eventually use the air sousvide feature. Be sure to use the LG thinQ app with the appliance. You can sinc the range with your phone to set the time. We sinc'd it with our LG microwave to turn on the light and fan whenever the burners or oven is in use...very h...

Exceeded my expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading tons of reviews and weeding out a lot of crazy reviews, I settled on this one. Being an avid baker this exceeded my expectations. I waited over a month wanting to live with it before writing a review. Not only is it visually appealing, this stove works and works well. My sourdough breads are beautiful and evenly baked. Gas tange knobs are insane

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the kbos on the range go in order: Lite - Hi-Med-Lo which means I have to start the burner on the highest setting/flame just to go to the lower setting. Also, the range sends a big yellow flame vefore Inhave to turn it on and it is a huge fire hazard.

NOT easy to clean!

Advertised as “easy clean.” For the oven this is true. For the cook top, cleaning this range is the absolute worst of any I have owned! The stainless steel top has a brushed finish which holds on to spills and spatters tenaciously. The grates are rough cast iron; there are three long grates which do mot fit easily in a sink, have multiple nooks and crannies which are difficult to clean, and the rough cast iron is just ridiculous. Very poor reliability! Faulty parts. LG fails!

This range is only two years old and I started getting F9 error message, oven would not heat. Seems that the igniter is faulty as well as its ability to maintain heat once it gets there (panel reads 400 while oven thermometer reads 200). LG so far has not taken accountability for these faulty parts. I will be filing complaints with California Attorneys General and BBB. Customer Service, the worst.

I can't honestly review the features of this product until I get some communication from LG. My issues stem from a part that came off the cooktop. During normal wiping with a damp cloth the corner connector fell off. ( see photo) After several attempts to get help from LG and Lowe's the bottom line is it's not a functional part so so can help. I like this stove. I do not like the service I'm not getting from LG and or Lowes.A part came loose and fell off the stove top. No biggie just call LG or Lowes ( extended warranty) . Should have heeded other reviews

This range was installed mid-March and by mid-April I can already tell that the quality is less than ideal. While the range seems to work well, the cooktop portion is not worth the money we paid. We have been very gentle with the top and it is already stained and looks terrible. We don’t make a mess when cooking and have been very careful to clean anything that gets on it (even water), but the burner covers have ugly spots, the burners and cooktop look like they have stains or rust spots, and th...
