Not the best
Stopped working after a year and a half. no company in my area wants to service or fix it since it's a window unit. $900 down the drain.
Nothing but a headache
keeps throwing a ch34 code. would not recommend. cut off while I wasn't home with my dogs in the house.

Wasted Money
Nice air conditioner if it actually worked. Is a block of ice when you try and cool your home. It does not drain at all and it freezes up after about an hour. Electrician told me the condenser is bad.

Terrible
Barely cools a 100 sq ft room that it's supposedly rated for. Very little airflow for such a big unit, and the heat that comes out is just warm air. It constantly freezes up. I wish I hadn't bought this. Complete waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I purchased this air conditioner w/heat it lasted 7 years, cooled and heated my 1100 sq ft home pretty good but still had to use space heaters sometimes. I just bought my second unit, it lasted about a month; I noticed the air didn't blow as cold when I first turned it on and then started to form ice on the filter and started making a weird noise
