Nice display and remote control

It cools very well and it is very quiet. It is very energy efficient and has great airflow. My husband loved the fact that you are able to install the cage for it first and just slide the unit from the inside into it! So far we are very happy with it!

Quiet and efficient

The noise level was very low on low and medium, and quieter than most others on high. Controls are easy to use and the Energy Saver function was very efficient. It cooled quickly and quietly. Installation wasn’t too bad.

Quiet and works beautifully!

Installed it about 3 weeks ago and it is awesome! Cools quickly and it is quiet! Easy to operate and it is definitely worth it! Money well spent!

Awesome choice

This product is amazing. It is so quiet I have to stand next to it to make sure it’s working. It is wonderfully efficient and I can cool off a two bedroom apt with this alone.

2 years old it stopped cooling

I bought this AC because of the great reviews. After 2 years it stopped cooling with a CH 38 error code. Unreal! 2 years old! LG is supposed to be a good brand. I could have spent $200 less on a worse brand and it probably would've lasted longer. This is simply unbelievable.

Not easy to move around

How easy to install and a quiet day unit is. What I didn't like was how heavy it was and the cost of it could be a little less

Horrible installation process

Installation is ridiculous; making you disassemble the entire unit housing to install the side panels is absolutely the most horrible engineering decision for an end-user product.
