this is a piece of garbage and the LG customer support is a joke. I do have an LG repair ticket and asked to replace the unit and nothing I set the over to 375 and it get to over 400, 350 and only gets to 320, set it to 300 and will only get to 280 with each stetting you get a +- 30 degree variance. LG is a nightmare
Had problems regulating the electric oven from month 2 onward. Had to hire an independent appliance repair person and paid $425 to have a circuit replaced since it had blown out in the first two month. Temperature would not get above 250 degrees. When contacting LG directly they send a video to recalibrate my oven (which was not my oven and only allowed a recalibration of 25 degrees). oven temp fluctuates
gas works great. My issue is with the oven. When i set the oven to 375. runs runs up too 400. I followed the calibrate steps and adjusted it to get close to 375 but still fluctuates from 365-388. I tested the temps afgter calibration to 350 and it only gets to 325. Set to 300 and after calibration gets to 280, You can not set temp to recipe and forget, Baking is a major negative. Heat from Ultra burner
I have owned the dual range for approximately 10 months. I recently noticed that my countertop is coming apart (raising). It is from the heat of the ultra burner. I love the range but am crushed that it has ruined my countertop because the grate gets so hot that sits next to the countertop. How do people prevent this???

Customer Service sucks
I've had this oven for about 6 weeks. I cannot get anyone from LG to help me with an issue with the Bake feature. All they say is to calibrate it, repeatedly. That doesn't work. I've asked how many times I have to calibrate and they don't answer. They also don't answer my question as to why calibration has anything to do with the issue I have.
