Not Hooked Up
After the delivery company accidentally cancelled my order the first delivery day, then dispatch said they'd put me on for the first delivery today at 8:30 but they came at 11:00, they did not install this product even though I paid for installation. I could not be more disappointed with Lowe's delivery. Two days of my work were impacted and now I will have another day impacted while I wait for someone I now have to hire to come and hook up my stove.

Has to be Stainless Steel top
Has to be Stainless Steel top. Not black. You'll be spraypainting it each year like black driptrays. Doesn't come with SS top only the griddle model does.

Check everything out before purchases
It has been going on three year's this November that we were excited to purchase this stove. Now, we are Not excited at all with it. The first thing that went wrong with it is the wording on the knobs started coming off with in 6 months of having it. Plus all of my pots and pans can not sit on it all at once.
