bought this exact oven. because of my rare use i thought my issues with the control buttons had to do with my fingernails, but turns out the control panel had an issue and haven't been able to use the oven since shortly after the warranty expired. unable to get the information for the part to replace. too expensive for only a year of limited use. also, if you slightly bump the knobs across the front they can easily turn. The two Lowe’s delivery gentleman were kind enough to move our old stove to our carport. They then unpacked the new stove outside and brought it into our kitchen. They took a couple of pictures for their records and left. The plumber came the following day to convert the stove from NG to Propane and discovered the power cord was damaged and unable to plug in. Poor delivery service
I like the product. Lowe's Delivery personnel were in a rush to leave. Did not check to ensure all controls and features were working properly after hooking up. Did not check that the oven-stove was leveled properly. Said they are in a hurry for their next delivery and simply left leaving the leveling up to me. Very poor delivery service.
