After three Repair Man came and said nothing was wrong with my machine. I eventually gave up and the warranty ran out. Bottom drawer has a lot of ice buildup. Sometimes you can’t even open the drawer.

Would not recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer ices up frequently and not even hooked up to water. In a year it happened 3 times and I'm told that's not covered by warranty? The bottom drawer in refrigerator needs both doors open to access. I'm thinking a better design would've been separate drawers one on each side. Very little room in freezer and food catches up underneath when you close the drawer if you're not careful. I wish I had chosen a different model.
