Great idea, not so great ideally

We purchased this refrigerator 3 years ago. The space is amazing and it is a beautiful fridge. The idea of the compact ice maker in the door is a great way to go if it works properly. Just Junk

I bought this in 2017. The compressor died in 2022. The ice maker died in 2023. The water stopped working in 2024. Today it started to buzz and has a weird chemical/metallic smell on all the food in the refrigerator and freezer. I paid 25% more for this model so it would fit in a smaller space. It has been the worst refrigerator I have ever own. Honestly you should be ashamed of how poor a product this.

Like the fridge - until it died

Looks nice, but not reliable.

Do not buy LG

It worked well for 5years. Just over 5yrs it died (not cooling well/not making ice/etc) then not cooling at all. They sent a repair person who replaced the compressor. It did cool but never to the correct temperatures (not cool enough/freezer not freezing). Repair man came back said it’s an insulation/condensation issue can’t fix get a new fridge. Perfect for narrower refrigerator space

I previously owned a 35 3/4" wide refrigerator -- but found out during my remodel that more width is now required for the same width refrigerator. (I have a solid wall to the right of my refrigerator space which extends longer than refrigerator depth).
