Feels Cheap for the Price / Cut to the Wrong Size

We purchased three of these shades to replace three older Levolor Shades. When asked by the sales associate Kaylob at the Conway, AR Lowes what size we needed them trimmed to we told him multiple times 35". He wrote on each box 35". Bought 8...4 Are Malfunctioning After a Year

I bought 8 of these a year ago for my kitchen. I also bought 5 of the identical Allen+Roth brand for my office. The Allen+Roth versions are still working perfectly - never had a problem with them. Good Light Blocking

Ordered three cellular shades for a bay/bow window in two different sizes. (The measuring of the bay is the trickiest with the angles and the shorter measurement for the back window VS measuring like a normal window with a longer length. Looks Great but doesn’t function well

We bought 4 of these shades exactly a year ago for our bedroom windows. I will say they look fantastic, and the room darkening effect would work well if they had been cut to the correct length. We provided the Lowe’s associate our exact measurement for the window opening, and she had told us to expect an 1/8” to 1/4” gap on each side, which would have been fine. holy moly these things are garbage. my wife and I bought four of them, and every package was missing something, of varying importance. one was missing the button to raise and lower it, so that one will need to be returned. it's lucky we live pretty close to a Lowe's. the colors don't match even though they're all labeled the same "sand" color on the box. like not even close. the fit and finish is garbage. the end caps don't match the shape of the shade, so they just look terrible from the side, ...

Shout out to Deborah at Lowes # 1638 in Tucson, AZ for being extremely competent and professional. I took my “Trim and Go” in to see if they could trim about a ¼ of an inch off the blind so I could mount it inset. No problem! I was absolutely amazed that machine could basically “shave” such a small amount off because it had to trim both ends so the button was still in the middle. This was free by the way! I purchased 1 for my kitchen during the heat wave in OR and the difference was so huge that I went back to get 4 more, for the bedrooms. Absolute Junk

We3 bought 10 of these shades for our home. Within 2 months several of them would not raise unless you jiggled them and cajoled them to go up. Once up the shades would start lowering by themselves for no reason. One thing I have noticed is that the smaller shades (30" or less width windows) work as they are designed. I'll Take Mine with Cords .....

My "cordless" shades stopped retracting after only a few years of very infrequent use. Based on that track record and the current reviews which indicate nothing has improved, and the displeasure of dealing with a retraction system instead of just pulling a simple cord, I'd like to be able to purchase CORDED cut-to-fit cellular shades in the store!! I'm a big boy now, can drive a car, legally drink and smoke and shoot guns .... trust me I can handle a CORDED shade!! Yes, there are plenty of us...

Not a fan and would not recommend.

The quality of product is very poor. The blinds do not go up and down as easy as expected. I had Allen & Roth shades before and I was very satisfied with that product, ease of up and down. These blinds had a nice feature of being cut to shape, but that is where the positives stopped. The button on the bottom to allow it to go up and down fell out. The blinds need to be pulled towards you instead of straight down to get them to reach bottom of sill. The store clerk said they are getting a product...
