The Lowes store on Park Street needs new management— desperately When I first went into store I spent over 20 min looking at shades and NO EMPLOYEES ever acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. We love the blinds BUT the guy cutting them to size did not do it correctly. We were at 70" of inside window frame at narrowest point. We expected him to cut the blinds to 69". Instead he cut them to 68 which even with the bracket, it was too narrow. Since it's NON - REFUNDABLE after being cut, I had to create & insert some spacers to make it work. Regardless, the blinds work great. That West facing room bakes in the sun and this made a noticeable difference.

Don’t buy. Doesn’t roll up.

Would not go up more than a few inches and because it was cut to our width I couldn’t return it. Don’t buy.

Found it was broken once we got it home.

Need to return it. When we tried to install at home, we discovered it was broken. One of the mounting ends (flat one) was missing, looks like it broke off.
