Ordered in the store. They were cut to size and delivered in a few days. Be sure to avoid pinching the fabric when clipping into place, and adding the lift/pull handle

Easy Install and Resize
The installation was a piece of cake and nice replacement for plastic slat blind. Instructions say it can't be shortened, but with a little savvy you can strap the blind in the unextended state and work to loosen the cable in the bottom frame, remove unwanted slats and shorten cable, leaving plenty to retie and cutting off excess lace with enough to push back in the bottom hole.
