Sharp teeth and well balanced.
I used this tho cut the holes in my ceiling for can lights. Its a bit heavy but it did a great job. The teeth are very sharp and the bit is well balanced.

Worked very well. Depending on material cutting through, some softer woods and drywall it was more aggressive. Even when manipulating speeds. But overall worked great!
