Wrong door

Waited over a month for this to arrive. Was sent door without dog door in it.

Door is great

The door is great! Pickup was a hassle though. They didn’t bring the handle box (which was separate) and we didn’t realize it was in a separate box. We had to make a return trip to get the handle because the associate bringing our order out for pickup didn’t pay attention that there were two boxes. Customer Service was very helpful on our return trip and located our missing hardware that was shipped and labeled with our order information.

Best Pet Door Ever! Looks nice without detracting

I bought my first one of these a couple of years ago. Well made, easy to install if you have a little bit of skill. A little expensive but worth the cost if you want to give your furry family members easy access to the outside with the door open and storm door closed. Only design flaw, IMO, is that you can pull down the screen far enough that the glass panel will block the dog access, but then I really don't see any way around this. The Door is GREAT for our little pack of Mini-Schnauzers...

Wrong Door, Poor Design, and Frustrating Customer

I absolutely hate this door and would not recommend it. To start, I was sent the wrong door. Even though I ordered the correct model, I was told I would have to pay to have the replacement installed, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The design is also disappointing. Item is shipped in TWO packages

This product is direct-shipped from manufacturer in two packages: one for the door and one for the handle. If you have your order shipped to a Lowe's store, BE SURE TO ASK FOR BOTH PACKAGES WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER. There are labels on the boxes that say "package 1 of 2" and "package 2 of 2", but you may still have to explain that this one item is shipped in two packages.

Fit together very well, easy to install

Fell apart after just 1 year

Initially we loved this door, but without warning we heard a snap and the slide down screen was popped out and now is no longer usable. Very dissapointed.

Missing handle; top panel doesn't latch

Was missing the handles. Also, this one has the same defect that the last Larson door had. On my first model, early on, the top panel, which slides down and is attached to the roll-down screen at the top, the top panel does not go up high enough for the mid-door latch to lock the top pane. The top pane's lower frame has a notch for the mid-frame latch to catch and prevent the top pane from sliding down. But the notch is about 3/8 too low.
