Shattered Glass
We’ve owned this door for around 3 years. Today, out of the blue, the glass shattered into hundreds of pieces. Thankfully no one was opening / closing it when it shattered. Do not recommend.
Perfect door for us
This door has a nice appearance. We loved being able to leave the front door open to enjoy the extra light in the foyer. This door is sturdy and was easy to install. Why does Lowes not sell this door any more? We wanted to purchase one for another home.

Window falls out
The door looks amazing...when the window isn't falling out of it. We had this installed one year ago during a full renovation of our home. I can't speak on ease of installation as our contractor installed it. But, we're very disappointed that the glass is coming out of the door after only a year. The black trim that holds it in keeps coming out. I said maybe we can use clear silicone glue to put it back in place, but that shouldn't even be necessary. And now the door isn't sold at Lowe's anymo...
Door Defective - Don't Count on Larson Support
Let me start off by saying we have this same door installed on our house in 2 other locations. The third door we installed - the retaining strips would not snap in as described. There was a metal portion on the outside of the door which I sent into them showing it was slightly bent. Apparently they couldn't "see" it lol. They asked me to disassemble the door and take photos. I did this three times and explained the glass had no imperfections on it. It's a tricky door to install. Despite the door...

God forbid you need a replacement part
When transitioning from the delivered glass insert to the screen, the screen was so flimsy the aluminum frame bent. Trying to get that and the multiple strips that hold it in replaced is NOWHERE to be found.

Missing parts, poor quality
Handle was missing. Customer service mentioned they can't ship the missing handle since it was a ship to store order and asked me to drop by at a store to pick it up. Quality of the door isn't worth $3xx, many of the screw heads gone bad on the initial attempt itself.
