Experience was decent
I first walked into the store and asked the person at customer service where I would pick up my order, rather than asking me what I was picking up she just directed me to the pick up area. The woman there asked me what I was picking up and when I told her a door, she said I had to go back to customer service. Review on Larson Retractable Screen Door.
I am a very disappointed that the screen that is inserted in the door is not equal on both sides. There is also a gap on one side on the screening. The inserted screen is not tight and is also loose on one side. This was a custom-made door and very experience so I feel it should have been constructed better.
