Had the door installed but was given the incorrect door from stock by the salesman. Lowes would not take the door back after installation. I understand the policy but should have received some sort of credit due to salesman giving me the incorrect door that I wanted,

Installer found the door defective and was unable to install the door. He took it back to the store with him. Instead of receiving multiple surveys it would be nice to hear from someone about when I can expect replacement product as soon as possible

Great Door

This was door was installed 3 days ago and I'm happy we did it. It is a solid storm door with great locking devices. The door is mostly glass and provides us with a new view of the front yard.
