The plate of the inside knob that the screws tighten up against finally stretched and bent that the whole assembly is no longer tight to the door. This is a heavy wood door with a lot of in and out traffic. Thanks.

Arlington Exterior Door Handle Push Button Issue
I have the Arlington entry door set in polished brass. I am on the third outdoor handle with the push button lever. Over time the push button mechanism does not pull the door latch back far enough to release the door. The interior mechanism has always worked fine. This is the main entry point for our house and it gets used alot but I would expect this product to hold up.

I have reinstalled the products multiple times there is a small piece within the lever that falls apart constantly . Not worth the money

Backs up their lifetime warranty
I bought this handset and lock combo about seven years ago. Recently the exterior thumb latch was a little hard to use to open. I sent a picture to Baldwin and explained what was happening and the next thing you know, a new set shows up on my door. I switched it out and rekey it in about 15 min with Smart key system. I also love the the feel of the solid steel parts. Baldwin really backs up their waranty. I’m only buying Baldwin locks with the Smart key system from now on!!

excellent product warranty
I bought this item almost 20 years ago and I was having trouble opening my door fully. I called customer service and they sent me a new unit to replace the worn out one (it had a 50 year warranty). GREAT company and product.

Nice but the finish failed
It's a nice set that works well. The finish failed {spider cracks} but Kwukset was good about the warranty and replaced it quickly.
