Lasted a year and a half
Only lasted a year and a half then died. Replaced the batteries and did a factory reset and now it locks up after a single press of any button.

Lasted a Couple Years
Who wants to pay 3 times as much for a deadbolt that won't last? Deadbolt just stopped working even with the recommended Duracells. I have two of these (front and back doors) and the front door is still clicking along. I now have keys hidden for emergency entry. Of course, I also have the world's most expensive keyed deadbolt on the backdoor now...

So far, we are on the second one in just a couple of months. The first one never worked - key pad was useless so took it back, guy at Lowe's checked it out and said motor was burnt out, so gave us a second one. It did not work either, took it back and guy at Lowe's programmed it for us. Got home and installed it again, still did nothing. We called the company and actually got it to work for a little while. Now it locks but won't unlock. Don't buy this piece of junk - just stick to a regular key ...
