First one died but love the lock!!!
The first one I bought stopped working after only 2 months and I had to buy a second one and return the first. Lowe's was good to take it back. I tried changing the batteries but still did not work, also tried to reset and no luck there either. The electronics just stopped working. We absolutely love the lock though, easy to program and install.

garbage—had to return 2 that didn’t work. I have two of these in my home and they work fine so i know how to program them. had to waste 3 hours driving back and forth on two returns and two failed installs—go with schlage

I am currently waiting on my 4th one to be sent directly from Kwikset. The first 3 from Lowes did not work. If this one has a problem, I'm done.
